  1. Before you use MusicManIII the first time you have to do the following:
  2.   - copy the newest release of the "reqtools.library" to LIBS:
  3.     (included, please check for version first!)
  4.   - copy the newest release of the "cdplayer.library" to LIBS: if
  5.     you want to use the internal cd player
  6.     (included, please check for version first!)
  7.   - please read "MusicManIII.ASC"
  8.   - if you are a user of MMII you may want to run "ConvII2III" first.
  9.     it will convert all your files to the new MMIII-file-format.
  10.     new prefs will be in "ENVARC:MusicManIII/".
  11.     new files will be in the same directory as the old files.
  12.  
  13. MusicManIII creates following files:
  14.   - #?.mm3 and #?.ptr
  15.     the file containing your data and its pointers (index)
  16.   - MusicManIII.Prefs
  17.     prefs
  18.
